OUTDOOR WORKOUTS

In these outdoor workouts, everyone’s an athlete! It’s like boot camp...but smarter (and safer).  The GKF outdoor workout includes a thorough dynamic warm up, muscle activation, speed/power development, strength training, cardio/ conditioning, core work, and always a finisher!  Modifications are provided so it is suitable for most fitness levels!  The class programming corresponds to the current GKF online offerings so you can take class outdoors or online 6 days a week without overtraining! Every workout is different but  try to come regularly so that you can learn and progress! 

What you’ll do:  All outdoor workouts are total body strength + conditioning.   They will be similar to a signature GKF workout combined with a little more sweat (aka cardio).  We will do a thorough warm up, muscle activation, and then several interval circuits of strength and cardio combined! Plus, there is always a fun finisher!

The details: 
We do not share equipment and we  ensure that appropriate social distancing can take place.   We ask that everyone brings 1-2 sets of weights and a mat of their own to class, but if you do not have them, they can be provided for you.  The workouts are outdoors, and if we have to cancel due to weather, you can reschedule at your convenience or be issued a refund.   There are limited spaces available  in order to assure a fair amount of individualized coaching.
